Hi everyone! For a long time I’ve been dreaming of having “A Day In My Life” type of videos on my Youtube Channel. Sadly I feel like my life is boring plus I don’t have the right tools such as video camera to do it. So to keep up with that “dream” I thought of doing it via this blog.
Welcome to a typical day in my life!
5:30am– The average wake up time for me is 5:30am though I tried, (based on My Ideal Week) to go with 4am I realized over time that I still can’t especially now that the weather is colder. It feels like my bed is just hugging me tight. First things first is to take a bath then I go with my face routine, currently all Inside Bench Perfect Skin Whitening Kit, and of course hygienic routine brush my teeth and deo.
Below is my latest Get Ready with Me to Work video:
6:30am- By this time I already have my work outfit on and makeup. If I still have time I take an OOTD photos so that I can blog about it in this blog. My travel time is good for one hour as I still need to fall in line in the FX terminal plus traffic.
7:30am- I love going to work as early as possible. I love that little time of silence when the office is empty and/or just with a number of people. I go over my to-do list and then open my email. I also prepare my coffee as I don’t eat breakfast during the day. I love reading blogs at this time too. Mostly those listed in My Favorite Blogs.
8am-6pm- Mondays to Fridays I have my daily job as a Marketing PR and Technical Writer. Once in awhile I incorporate time for writing on my blog (draft only) just as I explained before, I purposely include 30 mins for blog ideas and content writing as this is my form of break during work. Too much technical writing can be very stressful for me so I take a time off but I see to it that it is for productivity only so what I do is try to relax and compose ideas on what to write next. I can also finish an outline for an article. This is also my way of creating a work-life balance.
6pm-6:30pm- If I don’t have pending works I go out of the office on time but if I do I spend couple of minutes to accomplish a document. Going home as always marks falling in line for an FX and most of the time I watch movies on my Ipad while waiting. Right now I’m catching up with The Walking Dead. I also love episodes of RunningMan as well as epic movies such as Pitch Perfect, 50 First Date, Shaolin Soccer and Kung Fu Hustle.
7:30pm– Once I’m home I eat dinner with the family. I spend some time too for checking Facebook and the like. I love spending time with my family as we are mostly complete on dinner time.
9:00pm- I do some pending blogging and event business to do’s such as updating my content tracker and/or emailing clients. I am trying my very hard to be better in my virtual world and to assure that I add value to people in every post I publish as well as every event I handle.
By 10:30pm I sleep but then again there are cases when I pass by 10:30pm and still alive and kicking. I started journaling again and I hope I can share to you this in another post. I do some idea dump during the wee hours since my mind keeps on working actively. I either shut down slowly once I read the Bible and/or a Novel of choice.
A day in my life is very plain and may be counted as boring but I hope you still enjoyed reading this post. Hopefully I can update this post based on the productivity system that works for me. Stay tune!

Hi Ms. Grace. Thanks po for reading my blog. May mga posts po ako about Time Management Ma'am. Mahirap sa umpisa pero kapag naging habit mo na siya ayos na. Ang maganda po is always be intentional. It also helped me na may morning routine na talaga ako. 🙂
Bilib lang ako sa disiplina mo, di ko pa rin kayang gumising ng 5:30am. Ang hirap baguhin ng body clock ko, but I'm trying to wake up as early as I can lalo't grabe na ang traffic ngayon. Wish ko lang masundan ko ang wake up time mo–ideal na un sa akin 🙂
